How do I enter a team into the event?

When will I receive my team entry ticket for the event?
All captains are required to transfer their tickets on the Quicket platform to ALL team members. NO TICKET = NO ENTRY

How old does one have to be to purchase a ticket at the door?
All ticket buyers under the age of 18 have to accompanied by an adult when purchasing a ticket at the door. It is the Organisers discretion to allow access to person’s trying to buy tickets who are under the age of 18 years.
What if I am a team manager / physio / coach. How do I go about buying tickets?
Extra squad members will have to buy a day/weekend pass to get into the event.
What if I have more than the required/allowed number of players in a team?
Please note that this is not allowed. If you have any queries, please contact the sports manager in charge for the desired sport.
What does an entry include?
- Weekend pass into the Tshwane 10s
- Live Entertainment
- Vouchers
- 10s Merchandise
- Massage and strapping services
Will there be ATM’s?
Yes, there will be a number of ATM’s on site at the event. We are however going cashless again this year and all transactions made over the weekend will be done this way.
Will there be card facilities available?
Yes, there will be card services available.
What do I need for entry into the event?
Printed out ticket or ticket on your phone
Can I bring food/drinks into the event?
Yes, you are allowed to bring in FRUIT and ICE into the event.
Can I bring a cooler box into the event?
Yes. You may fill this with ice.
Does the event cater for disabled persons?
Yes, this parking will be available in Loftus Versfeld
Where can I park?
Parking is limited so we suggest carpooling. Otherwise parking is available at the Pretoria Girls High School & Loftus Park
